控制系统
1.浮法玻璃冗余DCS系统 Redundant DCS system for Float glass
本控制系统采用西门子分布式计算机控制系统。用于浮法玻璃生产线熔窑、锡槽、退火三大热工设备控制运行,操作监视和管理。 This control system adopts Siemens distributed computer control system. It is used for control, operation monitoring and management of three major thermal equipment of Float glass production line, namely furnace, tin bath and annealing.
2.高硼硅玻璃控制系统 High borosilicate glass control system
本控制系统采用经典的西门子S7-300或1500控制器，现场使用Profibus-DP总线将各处电加热调功器、拉边机、主传动、闸板、传感器连接。 This control system adopts the classic Siemens S7-300 controller, and uses Profibus-DP bus on site to connect various electric heating power regulators, toprollers, main drives, tweel, and sensors。
3.压花玻璃控制系统 Embossed glass control system
本控制系统采用西门子1500分布式控制器，实现熔窑、退火、冷端、主传动、电加热控制。 This control system adopts Siemens 1500 distributed controller, achieving control of melting furnace, annealing, cold end, main drive, and electric heating.
